Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

**Eligibility**
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The return window is 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

**How to Start a Return**
Contact us at xanstylo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions for sending the item back.

**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

**Damaged or Defective Items**
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

**Non-Returnable Items**
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items returned without prior contact or outside the 30-day window

**Shipping Costs**
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
